1. Production Allocation
Other (Please explain below)
PACE24 can analyse collected samples to determine the percentage contribution from component reservoirs – enabling production allocation from reservoirs where conventional metering cannot differentiate.
Other (Please explain below)
PACE24 can analyse collected samples to determine the percentage contribution from component reservoirs. You can then fine tune reservoir models by analysing produced fluid.
3. Chemical Optimisation (existing products)
Other (Please explain below)
PACE24 analyses downstream of injection points, detecting the presence of injected chemicals. As the dosage is reduced, we take additional samples and analyse within hours. We can help you find the optimum dosage, mix combination and type of chemicals, optimising expenditure when budgets are tight.
4. Chemical Trials (new products)
Other (Please explain below)
PACE24 rapidly analyses different selected chemicals during field trials and determines the optimum dosage (as per chemical optimisation process). Continued monitoring of the system can be used to ensure the optimum volume of chemicals are always added.
Other (Please explain below)
(Note: this is equally applicable to scale problems).
PACE24 analyses surface samples after wax cutting. Over time, this will indicate drop-out upstream of the sampling point and build-up within tubing requiring cutting. For multiple wells this enables operators to prioritise frequency of cutting – maximising crew efficiency and reducing well shut-in.
6. Injection water tracking – calibration of reservoir models, optimised water injection
Could your injection volumes be:
Other (Please explain below)
As the number of injection wells are increased, it is often difficult to assess their impact on each other and the reservoir.
By adding different tracers at each injection well and analysing produced water samples, PACE24 can identify the presence of any of the added tracers and enable an operator to establish the flow of injected water throughout the reservoir and calibrate complex reservoir models. The failure to detect any of the tracers would suggest that injected water tagged with that tracer is not contributing to the water injection plan.
7. Processing and clean-up of contaminated areas
Are you responsible for land which has been contaminated? If so, what is the:
Nature of contaminant?
Nature of contaminated area (soil, sand, mud pits, evaporation pits)?
Area of contamination (single area, adjacent areas, multiple areas)]
Other (Please explain below)
Due to tightening environmental regulations and ESG compliance, there is an increasing requirement to ensure that inactive or abandoned locations (well sites, gathering stations, storage areas) are not contaminated or have been sufficiently cleaned-up to remove known contamination.
PACE24 tests for known contaminants. Analysis within a few hours with a field lab or less than 24 hours in a remote laboratory.
By comparison, rival techniques take 3 days + and are less accurate.
The nature of the corrosion?
The Corrosion Inhibitor(s) currently being used?
The cost and effectiveness of any Corrosion Prevention Programmes?
Other (Please explain below)
Failure of equipment due to corrosion can be costly. As with the chemical optimisation process, corrosion inhibitors would be added with downstream samples being tested for both corrosion inhibitor and corrosion products.
PACE24 analyses downstream of injection points, detecting the presence of injected chemicals and whether they are active or spent. Ie. has the corrosion issue been addressed and are more/less chemicals needed to suppress detected corrosion products.
9. Monitoring of transmission, lubrication, power or hydraulic fluids
Are you using heavy/rotating equipment which requires transmission, lubrication or hydraulic fluids? Most companies replace fluids on a routine basis to avoid equipment failure that would result in considerable downtime and loss of revenue? Would you want a monitoring service to quantify any equipment degradation or oil contamination?
If this is a service of interest, please provide the following information to enable us to discuss your challenge(s) with you;
Nature of equipment?
Reason for monitoring/replacing fluids
Challenges with current monitoring/evaluation techniques?
Other (Please explain below)
By monitoring and optimising the use of transmission, lubrication or hydraulic fluids. PACE24’s rapid analysis samples fluids and detects materials representative of wear (e.g. copper from bearings) or erosion (sand in equipment).
By replacing fluids only when necessary, significant cost savings can be made.
